This cute as a button pony has fabulous form over fences, using his topline well. Alex is showing a great work ethic under saddle and aims to please. He is incredibly quiet and he was able to walk, trot and go on a trail ride by himself on his first ride under saddle! He has been to several dressage shows with much success, showing himself to be brave and unflappable in the ring.
His full brother, Jumpin' Jack Flash, is successfully showing on the US East Coast pony hunter circuit. Offside, also a full brother in blood to Alex, is a multiple Canadian National and Supreme Champion on the Welsh Pony circuit. Offside was purchased by the same owners as Alex, after being so pleased with his success in the hunter ring. Alex's full brother in blood, Daventry's Breakaway, was sold to New Hampshire as a pony hunter prospect and Daventry's Overtime, another full brother in blood, is the latest in a long line of successful pony hunter prospects. Alex's sire, Alvesta Picasso has been on the USEF Leading Pony Hunter Sire List for six consecutive years and is a multiple Supreme Champion in the ring. Alex has been a Grand Championship on the line and is going to make an amazing Pony Hunter!

Hi Tracy, We bought "Jack" a year ago, and he is currently doing the Childrens Division in Zone 2 with my daughter, Katie, who just turned 9. He is an awesome pony! Her older sister, Lauren, will be moving up to a large, and Katie will take over riding her pony, Kodak Moment, in the Small Pony Hunter Division...he is as honest as they come. Don't need to tell you what a wonderful breed he is. I am in the midst of scanning 3 over fences pictures for you. Wait until you see him jump! This was at Blue Rock Horse show, AA rated. Katie got a 3rd and a 4th over fences out of 18. No schooling, he went in cold. She was against 4 kids that went to Zone Finals last year! We are going to HITS too, her sister Lauren, will be showing Kody in the Smalls. I think she'll be showing against Jumpin' Jack Flash at Pony Finals. Wait til you see him jump!
